- JjoannaVIPWashington, D.C. Area •129 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoFirst Bar Snacks event of 2025! Guest chefs were Chef Nicola Costagliola of Guy Savoy Caesars Palace and Chef Alan Mardonovich of Amari in UnCommons. Cocktails were the brainchildren of S + W's own mixologists, Camille Razo (C) and Drew Barnett (D). All patrons received a complimentary glass of the fizzy fruity floral Amuse Booze (C). For food (all $16 each)- Pissaladière (Chef Nicolas): four two-bite pieces, very airy with subtle saltiness, liked it so much, had it again at the end as a weird dessert. Panisse (Chef Nicolas): Three fries. Most excellent fries with a thin crisp shell and creamy innards, but only three of those sticks. Tuna Crudo "Nicoise" (Chef Brian Howard): Three fresh tuna slices, wonderfully acidic and meaty, perfect wee quail egg halves adding richness, pretty presentation. Corzetti alla Tartufo (Chef Alan): Started out tasting a bit too salty to me, but I seemed to get used to it as I ate. Pasta done OK, decent amount of truffle and cheese shavings. Prosciutto Wrapped Sweetbreads (Chef Brian): Two hefty chonks, well-wrapped in ham. Had to ask for the plate to be boxed up; unfortunately for my endurance, after the Pissaladière, the kitchen sent out the rest of my order with overwhelming speed. I can attest though that as leftovers the meat was a fatty rich delectable treat the next day. Drinks (all $18 each)- Mauresco Fizz (D): Very fresh and mild on the tongue, smooth and easy to drink. Topped with cobalt spirulina for wild visual contrast. Martinique (C): Had to order to learn how coffee, lemon, and avocado would combine. Well-rounded creaminess, smooth tropical spice hint. Value: Ambivalent. Quality and taste of S+W's offerings were great; slight demerits on taste or quantity from guests. Atmosphere: Buoyant. Place was packed and filled with conversations. Entertainment included a DJ, (fully dressed) fan dancers, and a stiltwalker. Service: Cheerfully professional from Cami, Amy, and Drew in the midst of controlled chaos.More infoSparrow + WolfPrice: Expensive• American• Chinatown•4.8

- MMichaelVIPLas Vegas •51 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWe found this restaurant a year ago and have been back several times. The wood fired pizza oven cranjks out the best darned pizza "Neapolitan style" you've ever eaten outside of Naples. With creative toppings and crust that is crispy and yet pillowy you will not be disappointed. The lemon caesar dressing on the caesar salad is the most intensely delicious dressing I've ever had. The vibe is cool and casual wood bar, the servers are all into the menu and the pizza and are fantastic. You must try this pizza.More infoDouble Zero Pie & PubPrice: Moderate• Pizza Bar• The Strip•4.9
- MMatthewLas Vegas •1 review5.0Dined on 3 Jan 2025Food was absolutely amazing! My partner and I have been called foodies (and food snobs Lol) before, and we both loved the food at Gyu+ Social. The back room decor is definitely IG worthy, with a warm ambiance and great music /visuals. We ordered 3 dishes, (2 special off menu items) the ribeye steak over crab fried rice and lamb chops over Japanese street corn, along with the Nigerian prawn. All were so delicious with each having very distinct flavors. Words couldn't do the food justice. Our server Skyler was very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable about the dishes. We also ordered a bottle of Pinot Noir and we were informed that all bottles were 50% off. Even better! Chef Izzy even came to greet us part way through the meal to check on us and you could tell he has a great passion for the food /menu he's put together. We both had a wonderful first time experience and will definitely be returning!More infoGYU+ SocialPrice: Moderate• Creative Japanese• Chinatown•5

Table was set up when we came, staffs are very friendly and gave wonderful recommendations. Everything was so delicious, my pear green tea was wonderful. Definitely will come back every time we come to Vegas. We have done high tea/ afternoon tea everywhere in Vegas (Bellagio, Mandarin Orient and more) we like the food here the best. Japanese dessert are light and not overly sweet. A must try !!More infoSuzuya Cafe (Chinatown)Price: Moderate• Café• Las Vegas•5
