We are a busy, exciting and vibrant restaurant always trying to bring a slice of Spain to Lincoln through our food and service. Catering for everyone from large families and staff parties to couples and friends looking for something a little different.Established in the summer of 2013, Ole Ole Tapas was the brainchild of both Amador and Alison bringing their expertise and decades of experience of the catering industry to flourish in their very own tapas restaurant. Originally born in the Canary Island of Lanzarote (where the family originally came from) their daughter and both sons decided to join their family venture and follow in the footsteps of their parents and grandparents. The Ole Ole family is passionate about food and dedicated on delivering exceptional service in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.

Stacey and Paul sensed something was missing from the Lincoln dining experience.     We enjoyed an excellent lunch of cottage pie and Doddington burger. Both dishes were accompanied by generous portions of kitchen garden vegetables/salad and were delicious. Glasses of Sangiovese were a very good match for the food. Too full to have a dessert, we opted for a coffee and mince pie. It is well worth reserving a table in the restaurant. Although there is inevitably some noise from the cafe below, this was not intrusive. Views of the lake and beyond to open countryside provide a very pleasant backdrop to any meal. Service was both friendly and efficient.

    We were at Doddington Hall and the room we were in was large and well decorated with many lights and a large Christmas tree and welook out to a layer of genuine snow, it looked so Christmassy. We were well looked after and served with a super Cream Tea. It was delicious.

    Food was exceptional. The staff were friendly and attentive. The homemade caramel vodka was amazing. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. OLÉ!!!

    We visited Lawsons on Friday to celebrate my husbands birthday after many recommendations and were not disappointed. A good range of menu choices and excellent quality food. The service was fantastic and waiting staff were so good I can't single out one as they were all outstanding. I was expecting small portion sizes but I was wrong; they were generous and filling. Can't recommend Lawsons enough. A little gem in Lincoln. Thank you for a lovely lunch.
