We love Etch. We have been regularly visiting Etch downtown Nashville for over 10 years. The food is always delicious and amazing. First time visiting Etch in Franklin. Everyone was wonderful. I would like to mention that my catfish needed salt. Otherwise, it was an awesome experience as usual.

This was our first time at Firebirds. Savannah was an amazing waitress. My daughter and I we celebrating a late Valentine's Day mother daughter brunch. We both chose items from the brunch menu. Shrimp and Grits were good, I expected a little more spice. My daughter had the crabcakes w/poched eggs and potatoes. They were really good but a little cold. We both had the strawberry/peach mimosas, which were outstanding!! We received a Valentine's Day card signed by all the servers, a nice touch! We will definitely go again, looking forward to trying other items from the menu.

I had never been here before but my husband had. I am very critical when it comes to steak so I am always a little nervous at new places. Ludlow and Prime did a great job. I ordered the 8 oz sirloin, rare, and it was perfect. Not over spiced or salted and cooked to perfection. The prices were low, but the food was high quality. Great service and we enjoyed listening to a jazz band. The tables are not too close together making a more intimate setting, which I prefer. I highly recommend

The food was excellent. Was a nice Valentines dinner. There were several small kids around us. So a bit loud for a quiet meal. But I know that can’t be helped. Overall this was our first time and we will be back.

My wife and I both ordered pork chops for our lunch entrées. I am not one who usually orders pork chops at a steakhouse, but I must say this was perhaps the best pork chop I have ever eaten. Wonderful flavor and about 3 inches thick. Outstanding. The fried asparagus tips were also outstanding. Cheesecake with white chocolate topping was also exceptional. One thing that did take us aback when our check arrived was the house red wine that we ordered cost more than our entrées! $25 for a 7 ounce glass of wine? I’m sorry, but that is just out and out price gouging. We could buy a whole bottle of modest wine for $25. Again the meal was great as usual, but had we known that two glasses of house wine would cost $50 there’s no way we would have ordered that. We will know better next time.
