Both the service and food are consistently great at Nicholettas. Our server was attentive and offered an alternate option, at his expense, when he discovered that what one person in our party had ordered was no longer available. Always a positive experience.

Enjoyed a wonderful evening with family. The service was impeccable. The food was delicious. And the presentation was spot on to the photos I saw online. I would highly recommend not missing this experience.

Our middle-aged waitress was lacking in experience. She made a big deal about making a fresh pot of coffee when they didn't have any black tea on hand. It was 11am, the restaurant just opened, and I'm pretty sure they're going to be making coffee? When i did get the cup of coffee, I had to ask three times for sugar, and then she spilled half a glass of water on the table. I love this place, but seriously, I have had better service at their other locations.

Had trouble with reservation, it was cancelled without contacting me first. Advised staff of conundrum and several folk responded quickly. Finally issue resolved.Last week I had requested a table for 4 people but was told they only had available room at bar counter. About 30 minutes after arrival staff notified us that a table for 4 was available because a party had cancelled. They moved us and we were very appreciative. I eish we had gotten their names so we could thank them mire appropriately. The music was awesome the good delicious. Thank you.
