I had had a scallops for an appetizer. For dinner I had swordfish and it came with a really good Butterbean side dish and asparagus. my husband had to crabcakes and I tried them and they were delicious The hand cut fries were also very nice. For dessert we normally share, but we couldn't decide they all sounded so good. we had the cherry cheesecake and the Smith Island banana walnuts. Incredibly lovely & rich in horse country history. Our server Paul was fantastic with personality & knowledge of the restaurant. What can you say tabout the food at RC. Never disappoints. My brother & sister in laws are planning to visit after our high praise & they live about four hours away. I will say this this is the best time to be here in the off season.
