Red Dog is an authentic Bar and American BAR-B-Q restaurant, serving 18-hour roast ribs, brisket, aged chuck steak burgers and much more, all best enjoyed with tasty cocktails or milkshakes.Barbeque grew up in the South of the USA where cooks learned to slow roast cuts of meat over fire pits to make them tender. The service in this Bills is excellent. It's in a lovely old bank building in a good location. The food is well thought through with reasonable rather than "stuff your face" portions. Nothing too fancy and well executed.

AMAZING! I can believe this restaurant has been open for 3 years and I had no idea! This is a hidden gem with absolutely stunning decor and ambience, incredible tasty food and drinks and wonderful staff. The service was impeccable, they were really on it and made our experience so lovely! I can’t say enough nice things about this place, it’s a must try!!!!

First impressions is that it is a really really nice venue, with a great atmosphere/ambiance. The customer service really was outstanding, the staff I dealt with were all very pleasant and attentive. Starter was unreal. 5/5. Fish main we had was really good, the steak however did come out well done when I had requested a med-rare. A replacement was sent out pretty much immediately which was probably more med, but still nice and juicy. However £36 for a 6oz filet and sauce I would expect it to be 10/10 and it just didn't quite meet expectations. Mains overall 3.5/5. Would visit again to try something else.
