Hepburn Springs Restaurants

We've enjoyed dining at The Woodhouse quite a few times over the last few years, they have an excellent menu and drinks list, and the service is always very good. Tonight, my husband and I shared the Oysters and Kingish starters, both were delicious. We then shared the special Steak with Lobster tail and Prawns, the lobster and prawns were excellent, but the steak was the hero, perfectly cooked, tasty and so tender. We then had the Apple Tarte Tatin, this was one of the best we've ever had as the sauce had turned to toffee which tasted fantastic. Some people say it's too expensive, but we think that the prices reflect the quality of the meat, seafood and produce used. It is difficult to have a private conversation as the tables are quite close together, but sometimes you end up chatting to some very nice people.

Amazing food....2 nights in a row. 1st night we had pork belly...amazing. 2nd night fish and chips and eye fillet mignon Superb on both accounts. And the service was exceptional. Will definitely come again. Thankyou

Frangos provided us with a great choice of food options. Meals were tasty and well presented. Service was excellent. Attentive and courteous staff. Overall, it was a very pleasant dining experience and we would go back there again .
