- AAshleyvipDenver / Colorado •7 reviews5.0Dined on 14 Nov 2024Really nice vibe for an anniversary date night. I got the salmon which was fabulous and my boyfriend got the highly recommended El Churrasco. He was not impressed with the churrasco quite expensive for what it was. We also got the chicken empanadas as an appetizer and it was his favorite part of the meal. Overall the vibes were nice and staff was kind.More infoHabana - Costa MesaPrice: Expensive• Cuban• Costa Mesa•4.7
- GGracevipSan Francisco Bay Area •6 reviews5.0Dined on 9 Nov 2024Always exceptional service paired with exceptional food! Everyone here is on top of their game from the sushi chefs to the servers, and hostess. The sashimi samplers are very fresh and affordable. The option of yakitori especially the chicken wings rounds out the whole meal. There is truly something for everyone here! Definitely try the sake sampler, since you will love the 45! Also, whatever is on the seasonal menu is a must! Last year I was in Japan twice, and many of the restaurants don't even come close to the service and food here.We come here almost every week despite the crowded parking because you can rest assured you will have an extraordinary meal.More infoIzakaya Hachi Costa MesaPrice: Expensive• Japanese• Costa Mesa•4.7

Loved every minute of this dining experience - from the friendly and knowledgeable waitstaff to the unique flavor combinations of the creative dishes. We’ve stumbled upon a gem within The Camp and are so excited to go back!More infoThe Plot - Costa MesaPrice: Expensive• Vegetarian• Costa Mesa•4.6
- AAlexWashington, D.C. Area •4 reviews5.0Dined on 2 Nov 2024This is real, authentic Italian pasta, the best you’ll find in the south coast area. It seriously tastes just like pasta you’d find at a nice place in Italy. The ragu is my favorite. In my opinion the prices for pasta are a little high for such a casual place, but I keep coming back, so clearly it’s worth it. The service is always very good as well. The patio is nice with a fire pit and good heaters. It’s in the camp which provides nice ambiance, but parking is a nightmare. It took us 15 minutes to valet.More infoVitaly CaffePrice: Expensive• Italian• Costa Mesa•4.6

Discover Costa Mesa
Home to the largest shopping mall on the West Coast as well as Orange County's airport, Costa Mesa is also one of the OC's favorite food destinations. Sample fine French dining on the roof of huge South Coast Plaza or taste European-inspired small plates with exotic ingredients in a trendy eatery. Seafood restaurants aren't plentiful, but you'll find some of the county's Asian-style hot crab and shrimp restaurants in this Costa Mesa neighborhood. Eclectic restaurants gather near John Wayne Airport where surprisingly excellent breakfast spots are hidden in anonymous-looking office parks and grand sushi restaurants share parking lots with high-end Mexican food establishments.
