Food was superb as always. Good wine selection and reasonably priced for a steak house. Starter salads were large (Cesar & wedge) and we also ordered crab cakes which are really good. Filet mignon was perfectly cooked and melt-in-your-mouth tender. The Salmon was also perfectly cooked and the came with a honey mustard glaze. Finished off with a piece of birthday ice cream cake which all shared. He took time to answer all our questions about the menu and explained in detail the various flavours we could expect from the dishes we ordered. I can't speak highly enough of this place. The quality of the food, the presentation at table side was high end. If Montreal had Michelin star restaurants I'm sure Bar George would be a contender!!
