He took time to answer all our questions about the menu and explained in detail the various flavours we could expect from the dishes we ordered. I can't speak highly enough of this place. The quality of the food, the presentation at table side was high end. If Montreal had Michelin star restaurants I'm sure Bar George would be a contender!!
