- MMarkSacramento / Sacramento Valley •29 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoThe service was outstanding, the food was prepared, perfectly, and the, ambience is always very nice. This time there was a party going on, so the noise was just a little bit louder but not obscene. If you go to restaurants around Christmas time you have to expect that. We love this restaurant and we will be back again. More infoBrasserie du MondePrice: Expensive• French• Sacramento•4.6
- MMarySan Francisco Bay Area •5 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoWe had quite the memorable dinner at Ella. To begin with, we ordered the fresh baked bread and butter. The bread was so very fresh, and the butter light and delicious. We also ordered the butter leaf salad with an incredible dressing. The lettuce and vegetables were so crisp and fresh, along with the incredible salad dressing...it was delightful. For an appetizer, we ordered the mushrooms with in-house made fresh ricotta cheese... another incredibly delicious symphony of flavors that melted in your mouth. Our main course was the Salmon, absolutely incredibly delicious! It was lightly grilled on the outside cooked medium.. The salmon literally melted in your mouth like a marsh mellow. By far, Ella is the very best fine dining restaurant in the Sacramento area.More infoElla Dining Room and BarPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Sacramento•4.7
- CChrisSan Francisco Bay Area •14 reviews5.0Dined on 10 Dec 2024Stopped by for a snack before a show at the Crest. Very nice comfortable room. Our server, Kaitlin was friendly and very professional. Menu is small and well focused. We had three apps and bread service; a well spiced curry soup, their signature salad and a great carpaccio with crisps, parmesan cheese and aioli. Ended with a affogato made with a decadent vanilla bean ice cream. All were well balanced, carefully prepared and well plated. Serviceable wine list; not terribly adventurous but found a nice Bichot Chablis BTG. Solid dining option--not inexpensive, but excellent value. We will be back.More infoPrelude Kitchen & BarPrice: Expensive• American• Sacramento•4.6
- SShelleyHawaii •41 reviews4.0Dined on 8 Dec 2024Really good meal at Tequila Museo Mayahuel. My wife and I shared a starter, small plate, large dish (entree), and dessert. All of the food was excellent - chipotle almond dip with chips; dobladitas de Chile poblano; arrachera Mexicana con enchilada; and Imposible. Perfect size, flavor, and presentation on all of them, even the minor details such as the rice and beans that come with the main dish. Service was prompt and attentive without being overbearing. The only "negative" for us that it was extremely loud - we prefer a quieter atmosphere, but it was noisy throughout (mainly just a lot of talking from other tables, but it carries and bounces around). We will definitely go back, the food and service absolutely merit it.More infoTequila Museo MayahuelPrice: Moderate• Mexican• Sacramento•4.5

Discover Sacramento
If you're looking to see some of the best Sacramento has to offer, plan a visit to the K Street area. The once-flailing shopping district has seen a serious surge in popularity following the development of a new arena in the region. With over two dozen restaurants and bars in the area, there's no better opportunity to see the range of food options Sacramento has to offer. The latest crazes are upscale tacos and farm-to-table dishes, but K Street also offers everything from Irish pubs to casual seafood and traditional Jewish delis. And while downtown is the hot new place to be, there's still plenty of options elsewhere. The more subdued Tahoe Park and Midtown offer the ideal patios for lazy Sunday brunches. The two areas also feature great spots for those with late-night bar food cravings.
