Our server was great and the food came out quicker than I remember from before. We had a few of our favs like the steamed pork buns, kim chee, and miso butterfish. All were excellent. When we checked in, we were to be seated right away but hostess suggested we wait while a table was cleaned as it had a primo front seating. We did and it was stunning. The waitress, Tiana was fabulous and friendly. The food was delicious. Coconut shrimp & the hula pie are a must .. Magical sunsets that never disappoint & a great guitarist to entertain .. Unfortunately we were seated directly above the electric guitarists at the same table both times. I asked to be moved the first time but this time haha, I just stuffed my ears with paper napkin. We had Jose as our Server again, and it was very special being back to Mala in Lahaina Town and seeing our Lahaina Ohana from the Ocean Tavern! I had MY favourite Eggs Benedict on Flax seed bread and my husband built his own amazing X-large Omelet. Jose's greeting, smile and warm personality made my day!
