He was on top of everything without us having to ask, he made wonderful suggestions which makes the experience so much more enjoyable. We ordered the pork chop (which is my favorite), making sure to squeeze the lemon on top for a burst of surprising deliciousness. It was cooked perfect! Must say grab a cup of coffee with dessert.
