- KKimberlyDallas - Fort Worth •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoThe Vault is such a gem in Blaine and we’re so happy we stumbled upon it! The interior is so cozy and chic with a PNW vibe. The service was great and all of the staff were so nice — they even let our toddler, who was in a very toddler mood, play in their event space. The food was delicious — we had the cheese and charcuterie board, the margarita flatbread, the salmon, and the lasagne and all were very good. But seriously, don’t sleep on the lasagne! Can’t wait to come back next time we’re in the area!More infoThe Vault Wine Bar and BistroPrice: Moderate• American• Blaine•5

Discover Blaine
Canadian border town Blaine, Washington, draws 500,000 tourists a year. While many come to see the Peace Arch monument, others are drawn to the community's culinary scene. As one might expect of a coastal city, seafood abounds. Oyster fans will be pleased with the locally produced raw and grilled oyster entrees, with the latter barbecued on an outdoor deck. You can also find plates of nicely seasoned cod and chips, fresh steamer clams, locally harvested sockeye, and fried calamari. Not in the mood for seafood? You can also find hamburgers, French or Mexican cuisine, and even tapas. Although it is mainly a summer destination, Blaine’s cuisine is noteworthy year-round.
