- KKateAtlanta •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoIf you are a grits person then I highly recommend their cheese grits! They’re definitely some of the best I’ve ever had. The service is always great and the food comes out quickly. It doesn’t help get loud inside but that’s cause they’re such a popular place!More infoIrregardlessPrice: Moderate• Farm-to-table• Raleigh•4.7

- KKristinaRaleigh / Durham / Chapel Hill •4 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoService was outstanding, ambiance was exquisite. Seating was very comfortable. Prices are high but you are paying for the ambiance. Reminds me of eating in west palm beach. Very classy. Portions sizes were all good. I had the RH Bellini.. good flavor, tasty drink. Started with the crispy artichokes. They had good flavor. Was my friend's first time trying artichokes and he enjoyed them. Next, I had the the Branzino. Friend had the Ribeye. Not a ton of flavor. Expect more flavor for the price.. but still, not bad. Truffle fries and asparagus were both good. Finished with the butterscotch brûlée. Sweet and it was enough for us to share. Overall, we enjoyed the meal and experience. We went for lunch. We didn't have to wait and it wasn't over crowded.More infoRH Rooftop Restaurant at RH RaleighPrice: Very Expensive• American• Raleigh•4.6

- KKennediRaleigh / Durham / Chapel Hill •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoI had an absolutely outstanding dining experience at Perry’s Steakhouse and Grille! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, setting the stage for a memorable evening. The highlight of our night was undoubtedly our server, Marcus. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine warmth elevated our experience to another level. Marcus was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offering excellent recommendations of both food & drinks and ensuring every detail of our meal was perfect. His impeccable service made us feel truly valued as guests. As for the food—simply phenomenal. The steak was cooked to perfection, tender, and full of flavor. Our side dish of mac & cheese was equally impressive. Perry’s exceeded all expectations, and Marcus’s exceptional service made our evening unforgettable. Highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for top-notch cuisine and outstanding service. We’ll definitely be back!More infoPerry's Steakhouse & Grille - RaleighPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Raleigh•4.4

Discussions about barbecue in North Carolina usually end in fistfights. If you ask someone from the western part of the state, smoked pork shoulder is the way to go. Head east, and nothing will do but to slow cook the whole hog. Either way, chopped pork, barbecue sauce, a ladle of coleslaw and a dash of Texas Pete make an iconic sandwich. The squishier the bun is, the better. Even if your tastes run to fried chicken, sautéed mountain trout or pimiento cheese melted over fried green tomatoes, you won’t go hungry in Raleigh. Have you ever had boiled peanuts? Reserve your opinion until you’ve tasted this roadside-stand treat. Local chefs are creating delicious new dishes around this humble ingredient.
