- AAudraNew Mexico •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoMy husband and I made reservations on a Friday night and had the prime rib special. It was fantastic! The prime rib was smoked and the sides were mashed potatoes and asparagus. We also got a $4 glass of Cabernet sauvignon for the special to go with the meal. We were celebrating our anniversary and received a free dessert, which was delicious. The view from our table was spectacular of the Sandia’s. The waitress was very knowledgeable and friendly and she was training another server, and she was friendly as well. Overall, it was the perfect spot for our special occasion. We will definitely be back!More infoPrairie Star Restaurant & WinebarPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Santa Ana Pueblo•4.7
