There is no better place to celebrate a big event! Great ambiance. Professional and personal service. Excellent sommelier. We ordered the Family Menu item with wine pairing for all. Everything was fantastic… except the entrees. Italian sausage and dry rotisserie chicken were OK. But they were disappointing given the quality of the rest of the meal — and, because of our expectations. But we had a great time with beautiful memories there. We will return.

The Summit Restaurant does not disappoint! Everything is first class from the service to the excellent cuisine. It's a great place to celebrate a special occasion. We went there for our 53rd wedding anniversary, and were treated like royalty.

It was wonderful with 1 drawback and that being the food was served too quickly. When I dine I like the full experience. I like to enjoy. We were in the middle of our salad when the entree arrived. To me an entree needs to be served after . Thank you and I am sure this will improve…..Otherwise delightful evening.

 Having lunch was all that I had expected it to be, but the highlight of the afternoon was having Leonard as our server. His genuine kindness and attentiveness was absolutely delightful! 

Loved our dinner here at the Bee. If you have not been before, they throw a bee patch that sticks to your shirt. I had the lamb shank and it was amazing. It was crowded and a little noisy but it was right before Christmas so that was expected. We had a reservation and we were seated right away and our service was excellent. Definitely a must when at The Broadmoor.
