- DDavidFresno / San Joaquin Valley •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoThe experience was phenomenal. A beautiful TGIF! celebration. Our waitress created a friendly unrushed experience that topped off our week with a grand celebration. King Salmon was great, and we topped everything off with two great French 75 Cocktails, and a Lemon Bundt Cake. A memorable evening!More infoMax's Bistro & BarPrice: Moderate• Bistro• Fresno•4.7
- KKellieFresno / San Joaquin Valley •1 review4.0Dined on 14 Nov 2024The moment you step inside, you're greeted by an inviting atmosphere that feels both cozy and elegant. The décor features a blend of modern and rustic elements, with soft lighting, comfortable seating, and tasteful accents that create an intimate yet lively setting. It’s the ideal spot for a romantic dinner, a celebration with friends, or even a relaxed family meal. The bad thing was we had separate checks, i paid with card and my friend paid with cash, they mixed our bills up and mine was the higher one. Other than that great place. Definitely give it a tryMore infoBraised KitchenPrice: Expensive• American• Tulare•4.6

Discover Visalia
One of California's oldest communities outside of San Francisco and Los Angeles, Visalia's lifestyle reflects its agricultural heritage as well as its status as a quiet little beach town. Traditional Italian baked pasta, spaghetti and pizza can be found along with lighter contemporary specialties, including gluten-free pasta and pizza. Italian establishments are plentiful, ranging from casual, family-owned lunch counters to formal dining establishments complete with leather booths and candle-lit tables. Downtown, try traditional American cafes with early-bird dinner specials, or sample more global cuisines like Thai and Japanese. Pubs with pizza, burgers and beer please hungry appetites along with Danish- and European-inspired chalets that serve sausages with eggs and potatoes for breakfast and spaetzle with butter for dinner.
