We had a lovely lunch celebrating our 32nd anniversary at JoLo Winery on Dec 20, 2024. The service was beyond friendly! We were given a glass of their delicious Twinkles in honor of our anniversary! We had the crab dip appetizer which is so delicious! My husband tried a lunch special, beer battered halibut which was as light as air and melt in your mouth! This came with a side of crispy French fries. I had the chicken pesto flatbread which was also very tasty! I had a glass of their Devil’s Hill wine and I highly recommend this earthy red! We love the ambience and quality of this family winery! It is even more beautiful in the warmer times of the year!

We dined on December 18, 2024 with quite a number of holiday gatherings present. While energetic and festive, the ambiance was tilted toward louder than usual. Not uncomfortable, just not quite as comfortable. The table was perfect, the food delicious and the service impeccable.

This is our third year our group has gotten together for Christmas at Green Valley Grill. We enjoy the food selections and the wait staff are always attentive. One of our party mentioned she needed lots of water and the waiter made it his duty to never let her glass get below halfway. The room we were placed was a little loud, but I am sure that is due to all the other parties surrounding us enjoying their time together. Those who had hearing aids did have some difficulty understanding the conversation at times.

We thoroughly enjoyed our wine tasting last night. Coleman, our server, was not only a delight, but very knowledgeable. We learned specific characteristics of each grape along with some details of their wine making process such as when the grapes are harvested and what type of barrel is used and why. Also interesting is how the wines were named. After our tasting, we enjoyed one of the featured wines with some delicious appetizers by the cozy fire. Perfect!

The staff was kind, the service was excellent. The food was outstanding.
