- AA SVIPGreater Boston •57 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe celebrated with friends and had a great time at Tana. But were sorry to see they no longer offer valet parking. It was a busy night but our wait staff was good and attentive and Nick was excellent! The whole place was full so the noise level was high and conversation a bit difficult between us but we really enjoyed the overall vibe. Two of us loved the appetizer of perfectly done Oysters Bordelaise and wanted to lick the plates! And we also had the delicious Gulf Shrimp Paccheri which was a delight with its perfectly cooked shrimp and handmade pasta in a not too overpowering complex red sauce. However, the Braised Meatballs were nothing special and the Creamy Italian Salad was made from a whole head of butter lettuce dressed well but tasted like there was fennel in it which made for an odd taste. Then two had the Four Cheese Ravioli with truffle cream which was VERY rich but rather mediocre. The home-made pasta was very large and well done but very little taste of the truffle. We were all too satiated for dessert but will definitely be back again even if we have to drive out to Metairie for the top-notch service and food.More infoTanaPrice: Expensive• Contemporary Italian• Metairie•4.7

- CCedrickNew Orleans / Louisiana •12 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoNormally I get the filet but this time I had the bone-in rib eye. It was like butter, great choice if you feeling “scarffish” (starving) My girlfriend had the salmon and shrimp and it was delicious…I don’t even like salmon and it tasted delicious. The sides, the wine, the service, the food…5 stars for everything.More infoRuth's Chris Steak House - MetairiePrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Metairie•4.5

- DDianaNew Orleans / Louisiana •1 review5.0Dined on 1 Jan 2025I really loved it here , I made reservation on the app for 5:30pm and once we arrived we waited about 5-6 minutes to be seated. The attire of all the employees reminds you that YOU are the GUEST and it's all about the experience! Our waitress I hate that I can remember his name - but he was very nice , and patient as we were from out of state and some things on the menu we have not tried and had a few questions about he did not hesitate to explain in detail( that was major because I hate short talk if I ask a question). The price you pay is what you get! Meaning go to Applebees if you want a lower price for lower quality meat, this place served me an outstanding medium rare 11oz. steak and it was great! Nice outside , tender and juicy inside! Perfect seasoning , and still hot once I received it , as was everything we had ( barbecue glazed salmon and a shareable loaded baked potato ). I recommend to try this nice ambient dining experience if you prioritize your experience and moneys worth!More infoFleming's Steakhouse - MetairiePrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Metairie•4.5
