Anastacio is the top chef in town for sure and he raised the bar again. The wine pairings with this tasting menu were perfectly chosen. And the service top notch & personnable. 4 hour dinner with each course spaced out perfectly. I ordered the smoked salmon avocado toast which was both delicious and beautiful. An off-menu order of a couple of egg whites was easily accepted. Strangely, the egg whites were absolutely delicious! I stay "strangely" because how can egg whites be great? But they were! Do yourself a favor and go to Apropos for any meal or just a drink or dessert.
