A bit disappointed in the food, my burger was so dry (even though I said medium ) that I couldn’t eat it. The shaved beef sandwiches had no flavor a bit bland. The fries were good so was the salad. We liked the bottle of wine we got. Next time we will order steak or pasta. Goes without saying the food is incredible, but the curated experience is just as special. The chefs prepare everything in front of you, there are introductions to every dish, explanations on how they were sourced, etc. etc. etc. You can ask questions throughout the experience, which makes it even more cozy and engaging.
