- JJacobBaltimore / Maryland •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoMy friend and I had an AMAZING first time experience, and we were excited to eat here the remainder of the weekend. We would have chosen anyone, but Cathy or Kathy (unsure of the spelling) was absolutely fantastic. She was attentive, and one of the best servers we have had even outside of Lakeside. Be sure to stop by if you have the time as you won’t be disappointed. P.S. ask for Cathy she will be sure to make your time enjoyable!More infoLakeside Grille - Rocky Gap Casino ResortPrice: Expensive• American• Keyser•4.2

The dining options in this West Virginian town consist primarily of all-American fare found in cozy bars and bistros.
