Why they're an Icon

Executive chef: Jennifer Chow

From the OpenTable editors: Come to legendary chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s Caesars Palace spot for the refined Japanese-inspired dishes that made the restaurant a global phenomenon. Dressed with lanterns and natural wooden accents, the elegant dining room sets the stage for a decadent meal of knockout sushi along with Nobu classics like miso black cod. For a full-on celebration, get the omakase menu, prepared tableside on teppanyaki grills.

Food was amazing and lived up to the hype. Service was ok but difficult to track down our server at times. Prices are steep but food is delicious. Would return.

Server was unpleasant and seemed bothered. Food was good but not much value for how small each plate is. Need to spend a lot to get somewhat full

We go to Nobu at Caesars Palace for our anniversary every year, and every year it’s an outstanding dining experience. The food is amazingly creative, and we’re always introduced to new combinations of flavors and textures that are consistently delicious. The service is amazing, and the ambiance is exactly the right balance of elegant and comfortable.

We had a reservation, yet we were placed next to the exterior walkway which made it noisier. It took the waitress a long time to get to us. My husband ordered a cocktail and turned out he was charged extra for the round ice ball. The waitress could have and should have informed him it was $6 for the ice ball. I had the shrimp in garlic sauce. It was okay. It was served cool. The waitress informed us that our dishes probably be served at different times as they would be prepared at different times and would be served hot. Well, my shrimp in garlic sauce was cold when served. I couldn’t send it back as our waitress disappeared and didn’t check on us until we were about done. When ordering our meal we were asked if we wanted rice, I thought all Cantonese food was served with rice when you are paying $50 or $60 for the dish. Turns out we were charged $7 for the rice. My husband ordered scallops, when they came out they were nothing like the waitress described. Overall it was a very disappointing experience. It was very overpriced for what we had. We were at Nobu in May and it was incredible. The entire experience was good. Because of that experience we wanted to go back. Big mistake. The food and drinks are okay, not anything exceptional to warrant the cost, plus they nickel and dime you. We will never go back and I can’t recommend it to others.

We eat at Nobu every time we are in Las Vegas which is about 3X per year. It is our favorite place to eat and have never had a bad experience.

Food is, as always outstanding. Miso cod is the best, new style sashimi is legendary for a reason. It’s expensive but worth it. Service was perfect. Restaurant is somewhat noisy but not terrible

The total dining experience was amazing! Our waitress offered a customized experience since we aren’t sushi professionals, and the food selection and pace was perfect. We will be back again.
