   Restaurant was fine. Open table not as much. I don’t need 20 text msgs from open table reminding me time after time about my reservation and whatever else they said. I ignored all of them. Annoying to get them. One reminder / confirm is fine. Just because you have developed the ability to send countless msgs without doing anything doesn’t mean it’s a good idea

   Great experience, even with it being a different type of Christmas brunch buffet service the quality, taste and service was wonderful. We will certainly go again.

   Lived up the talk about going to a Nobu restaurant. Everything was fresh and delicious. Service was excellent, and made a intimate graduation dinner very nice. Would definitely highly recommend, and will be dining again.

   Our waiter Josè was fantastic. We had a great evening no rush great food and drinks. A perfect Christmas Eve. Our annual dinner.

   Great food. Unfortunately it took forever to get anything we ordered. The server only a checked on us maybe 3 times. The support staff seamed to be more attentive than the server. We had a pile of empty beverage glasses in the middle of our table for most of the dinner. Long waits. Felt ignored or forgotten. The entire dining experience was over two hours. Which would be fine if we had service to order and food showing up. I imagine we could have easily spent double if we had the opportunity to order. I expected a flow of service and food. Order a few items and then order more while eating those dishes and so on. This is my usual experience when eating sushi and sharing everything with the table. I treated my 19 year old daughter, my 29 year old daughter and her 29 year old husband to an evening out. We dressed to the 9’s and went to the nutcracker and after wanted to have an elegant and fun dinner. a night to remember. Good thing my kids are positive fun people. We enjoyed our company and couldn’t help but laugh at how horrible the experience at Nobu was. That was the most expensive bad service I have ever paid for. I tipped $150 out of pure pity and embarrassment. The server spent more time at the table watching me fill out the tip portion of the bill than she did at any other point. Awkwardly waiting for me to fill it out and give it to her before she left. Horrific. Afterwards when we left my 19 year old left her wand ( a gift I bought her at the nutcracker) on the table accidentally. Before we even left the building my daughter went back to get the wand and the same server that did so poorly had already taken the wand and put it in her hair!!!! Like a hair stick or something!! She didn’t even try to return it to us. Super lame. I’m very disappointed and embarrassed that I suggested Nobu for dinner. I wanted to show my daughters to a fun, elegant evening. Nobu was the complete opposite. I can’t express enough how disappointed I am.

   Ordered a $63 steak medium. It arrived 20 minutes after we were done and was well done. The place is understaffed. Even the sushi chef (who was fantastic) complained and said the steak was “4 years too late”. The waiter didn’t comp the steak or dessert. Ridiculous…overpriced but definitely could be better with sushi like that.
