Noir Restaurant is located along one of Philadelphia's hottest neighborhood's, East Passyunk Avenue. We pride ourselves by using only the freshest ingredients. Chef Marco Decotiis, born and raised in Montreal, Canada, brings his Italian culinary roots and local Canadian foods to Philly. Noir is open every day for lunch and dinner, and has a full bar offering an extensive craft beer selection along with a number of specialty cocktails & a wine selection for every palate. Our first visit was awesome! The food was amazing, get the poutine! All of our dishes were delicious and staff was great! It was a Friday night so it was loud, but it did quiet a bit as some after 9pm.

The food is always great there. Their artichoke is the best I had. All the entrees and desserts are also good.

Excellent service. The food is always consistent, which is such a rarity. I have too many favorites to list. Try the beet salad for a starter! Amazing.

This is a fabulous find. Every dish we had was cooked perfectly. Our server was attentive without being overbearing. This is great for a quick meal as well as a celebration of any type

When we arrived to check in we were told that we had an outdoor reservation yet it was raining. The hostesses attitude was very unprofessional and dismissive. We were then seated at a hi-top next to the bar which isnt what we reserved !

The food was excellent. I had the short ribs and my lady friend had the crab pasta. Both were off the hook. Very reasonable priced wine list.
