   James was our server--very attentive and personable. Chicken Parmesan was delicious. My daughter loved the bread pudding and home fries. My only regret was the cappuccino--the waitress said she made it herself and it tasted like barbecue sauce (not good).

   Appetizer was burnt and my son’s steak was overcooked. We complained about the steak and our appetizer was comped but I feel like if you’re gonna pay $40+ for a steak it should be done right, at least the way you want it.

   Met friends for dinner - all were quite pleased with their entree - chicken marsala, short rib Bolognese, parmesan cod on a bed of risotto. Seating was comfortable; however, room was quite loud (note 20 high ceiling no doubt contributed to this) and hearing someone across the table was very difficult. That being said, the service was attentive, and the food portions and taste were superb.

   Enjoyed the restaurant and would go back. Prices seemed high and parking would have been difficult without the valet. Food was very good. The steak was a bit fatty for my taste but cooked appropriately.

    The quality of the seafood has really gone downhill. Twice over two months the quality has been poor - it smelled and tasted very fishy. My wife felt queasy afterward. It’s a shame because we loved Novara when it first opened and we really like the space.
