Our server was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Their take on French onion soup was amazing. Some portions were rather small. It starting with a 10 with the soup and ended with a 2 for the dessert. I had the Pumpkin Spice Latte Tart and was not expecting freeze dried whip cream (UGH). The Short ribs were amazing. A smaller than expected portion and even smaller portion of whipped potatoes. Overall it was a nice experience and would go back. Probably skip dessert.

The french onion soup was the highlight. We also enjoyed the short rib, hokkaido scallops and kale salad. All were exquisite. We left feeling like this was one of the best restaurants we've eaten at in years.

My husband and I came here for Valentines Day. There was a preselected menu and we each tried one of everything— there was not one thing we didn’t completely love. From start to finish our experience was outstanding. We will absolutely be back!

Wow. All of the food was incredible. We had the arancini and crudo to start- both bursting with flavors. The crudo was especially good! We got the short rib and nonna’s ragout. Every dish had layers of flavor explosion. We haven’t had good food like this in what feels like a very long time. This is the kind of restaurant you go to after and just keep dreaming about the flavor. Abby our server was stellar and kudos to the kitchen- 10/10!

Food was good—not great—which is par for the course at most “premier” Boulder restaurants. Prices are moderately high (also common); wine prices very high. Management adds 5% to each customer’s check to cover increased overall costs and to pay their staff. Why not pay a fair wage? I can hardly wait for the impact of tariffs to make “fine dining” a thing of the past.
