   The food was delicious - all four of us cleaned our plates! We had guests from out of state and after lunch they immediately asked if we could return the next day. Marty was an excellent server. Will definitely recommend to others.

   I asked for chicken fajitas and was given beef but honestly I couldn’t tell for a while because the mole was so overwhelming. They sat us by a door that opened outside and the waiters went in and out and blew a freezing breeze on us every time. We asked to move and they said they didn’t have anywhere else when there were obviously open tables. Food is overpriced for what we got.

   This restaurant seems like more of a breakfast spot than dinner. Our meals were not fresh or flavorful. We were disappointed.

   The Mediterranean Salad was FANTASTIC & the Beet Tower as well. We both had the Grilled Salmon dish. Both of them seemed to have a “different” flavor. To me it seemed like it was grilled on a charcoal grill & the fire starter had not burned completely off the briquettes. Kind of weird that they would use this type of grill, but that’s what it tasted like to me. The other thing that makes me think of this is because it took forever for our salmon to be served. The waitress even came to our table to apologize for it taking so long. We’ve eaten here before & my wife had the salmon & thought it was delishious. That’s why we ordered it this time. Last time I had the Petite Medallions & they were awesome as well but they weren’t serving the dinner menu yet this time. All in all I’d go again & even try the salmon just to see how it turns out next time.

   The oasis never disappoints. Other than it tends to be noisy, I can’t imagine eating brunch anywhere else. Great menu options so both vegans and non-vegans can be happy.

    The food was delicious as usual. It was a busy Saturday. We were seated at a table for two inside near the outside door to the patio and near the checkin desk. There's a large plant by one of the chairs at that table that overflows onto the person sitting in that chair. It was awkward and distracting. I attribute the noise level to where our table was and that it was a busy Saturday. It's usually well-balanced social chatter when I go there. I'd recommend that our table be removed. The service was great - attentive, quick, and they anticipated and fulfilled our wants seamlessly. I love Oasis.
