   Went to this restaurant to celebrate our 35th anniversary our last night in Boston. Not sure why reviews are good but it was one in the worst experiences on our trip to Boston. Having told them ahead of time it was our anniversary we expected at least a friendly greeting. Our server seemed either annoyed or tired. Terrible selection of wines by the glass and no assistance offered in selection of wine. Asked if we wanted to ORDER bread for the table. We received our food in a timely manner but it was underwhelming. French onion soup was full of pepper. Crab cake was very mushy on inside and had something weirdly crunchy on the outside I couldn’t identify. Pork chop ordered the way I would normally order (medium rare) but server told me it would be raw in the middle so at his suggestion I ordered it medium and it arrived well done. We didn’t stay for dessert. High priced restaurant with subpar food.

   Everything was absolutely amazing from the service to the food! The berries and bubbles drink was a show in itself. The food was very flavorful and came out nice and hot ( I hate when food comes out cold!). You can’t go there and not try the 10 Layer Carrot cake. Everything was delicious

   We usually sit in the dining room but sat this evening in the bar area at a high top. Katy, our server, was great. Very attentive. Food was fantastic as always. The shell fish Cobb salad never fails. Delicious. My wife had a filet that I finished and it was as tasty as ever. Ocean Prime never fails for consistently flavorful meals with top notch service. Can't wait to go back...again:-)

   Extremely expensive but the food is excellent and consistent. Drinks also excellent as was our waiter.

    Ocean Prime was great! My husband and I were in Boston for my birthday and we wanted a nice steak. This place had great reviews and didn’t disappoint! Delicious cocktails, wonderful steak, and a great atmosphere. Our server Jacques was the best! Highly recommend.
