Ocean Prime strives to provide an elegant, fine dining atmosphere. Our associates’ priority is to ensure your experience is memorable. Admittance to Ocean Prime is at the discretion of management who reserves the right to refuse service to patrons who are inappropriately dressed in the following:
Revealing clothing or exposed undergarments
Clothing with offensive language, graphics or an excessive marijuana odor

We are happy to host larger groups. A 20% gratuity will be applied to parties of six or more. Parties of eight or more will be contractually held to a minimum spend and are required to provide a deposit.

    The food was outstanding. Our waiter wasn't as attentive as we thought for those prices. I had to ask for a water refill 3 times before filled (over 20 mins). Asked for our desert to be carry out but set up at the table.

    I want to express my deep disappointment with the service I received here, especially given that it was my birthday— something I made sure to mention during the booking process. My guests and I were genuinely excited for this experience, and while we remained kind and polite throughout, the service we received was inconsistent and lacked attentiveness. One of the most disappointing aspects— amongst many— was that I never received the signature birthday cake acknowledgement that is typically included. Before booking, I watched multiple reviews on Google and social media where guests shared their experiences receiving this special touch. It was something I truly looked forward to, yet it was completely overlooked during my visit. While I do appreciate the accommodations that were made after my guest politely spoke to the manager, they don’t make up for the fact that this was my actual birthday— a day that should have been memorable for the right reasons, not for the disappointment I felt. Birthdays are meant to be celebrated, and this experience left me and my guests feeling let down. More than anything, this reflects a larger issue—customer service is declining rapidly in the U.S., and sadly, this was yet another instance where that was evident.

    Reservation was at 9:30– they did not sit us down till about 10:30. Not sure what’s the point of having reservations.

    dined at ocean prime 2/15/25 with family traveling from out of town and had a incredible experience . our server was great and assisted us with a great meal selection. special thank you to Jim Cheatham who took great care of us the entire time . we had a minor hiccup with one of our sides and jim assisted us with ensuring that the problem was solved ! he did so very quickly and efficiently despite the restaurant being busy etc. overall our experience was amazing thank you to jim and his amazing staff! can’t wait to come back

    It was a great experience overall had an amazing time. Service is great. Food was so well prepared. Didn’t take long to sit at our table. Very nice seating. Great staff again. Would recommend 10 out of 10.

    Terrific restaurant. Food and service are top notch. Where the restaurant doesn’t do well is onna busy night you end up waiting in their foyer for at least a half hour. Their foyer is small and also where people exit and have to wait for their car to be valeted, si everyone is clogged in a very small space.
