Olio Pizzeria is an upscale-casual pizzeria with salumi bar/wine bar/full bar which was inspired by the myriad neighborhood pizzerie and enoteche found around the corner from just about every piazza in Italy. This idea began to take shape before Alberto and Elaine Morello even opened Olio e Limone Ristorante, their fine dining Italian restaurant next door. Wine bars serving boutique salumi and formaggi are ubiquitous in Italy, as is a regionalism which the Morellos are excited to share with you. Sicily is an emerging powerhouse, and touches of Sicilian food and wine delight their guests. You’ll also find exciting tastes from Campania and other emerging regions on their menus, wine and beer lists. Takeout available. Buon appetito!

    The service was very slow! We finished our entree and waited 15 minutes before he came back to see if we wanted dessert! Our plates and silverware was pushed away from us clearly stating we were done...several other workers walked past us. The restaurant was NOT busy. Very disappointed in the service

    As a restaurant owner and a frequent visitor here I was disappointed especially when the front door was left open and the rear door was left open and froze the restaurant patrons were complaining everywhere until one patron shut the door on his own. Then we spent $120 and had paper napkins makes no sense. And we asked for the pizza to be cooked a special way and it wasn't. Sorry but sometimes the truth hurts. We will take our restaurant business elsewhere.

    $100 for two salads and two pizzas. No drinks, no dessert, no extra anything. The food was fine, just really expensive for what it was.

    We had an amazing preconcert meal. The cocktails were strong but not too strong. The white bean soup had the perfect seasoning, the chicken pesto panini and salad was delicious. We shared the upside down apple tarts tartin with Italian vanilla ice cream. And our server was a delight!

    Food was far to be authentic, one of the worst pizza ever tried, no levitation on the dough ever and really cheap products to top it. Service didn’t even exist. shot out to the hostess that she tried to help out taking order and everything despite was not her job. At least she tried.

    Great food, but very noisy. We eat here often and come in at 5:30 but by 6:30. The noise is so loud we can barely hear each other across the table.

    The 4 of us reserved a table between films at the Santa Barbara Film Festival...We were seated early, with timely and friendly service, then we really enjoyed the usual awesome, casual dining at Olio! Thanks!!
