   This was a great evening with a wide variety on the menu. My wife and I had items off the happy hour menu and they were excellent. In particular the calamari. Anna our waitress was very pleasant and helpful.

   Adam was absolutely incredible with our kids! The food is always amazing, but the service this time around is worth highlighting.

   Great atmosphere, awesome service and great food. A little overpriced for what it is, but it's at Blue Mountain so that needs to be taken into account.

   Our server was okay. Quite honestly, this was our second meal from O&B - the first was breakfast room service in September...then we ordered breakfast room service on the Saturday following this dinner - that was the third strike for us. This dinner we had spring rolls for an appetizer and had a chicken burger and a hamburger with fries. The spring rolls tasted like the frozen ones you buy in a grocery store and the dipping sauce was the consistency of a vinaigrette. The cheese on both burgers tasted and looked like Kraft singles...gross...I scraped mine off. If I wasnt so hungry, I wouldn't have eaten as much of the meal as I did. The fries were not cooked through for the most part...I had to pick through them. I would not eat dinner there again. The first breakfast in September I had ordered the avocado on toast...they failed to mention they turned it into a thick puree and squeezed it through a tube onto the toast. It tasted nothing like avocado and I sent it back and had to basically beg for a couple fried eggs and toast instead. The second breakfast we ordered eggs, bacon, breakfast potatoes and toast. The eggs were fine. The bacon was rubbery and overly salty and the potatoes were again not fully cooked with my meal. And they only provided one slice of toast each. Although we enjoyed staying at the hotel, I would never eat at the restaurant or get room service again.

   The food was just ok but the service was not good at all. If I could give 0 stars for service I would. The staff were polite but absolutely forgot about us all throughout our dinner. I had to go and complain that we had been seated for 15 min and no one even greeted us or gave us water. I cannot recommend this restaurant.

   We went for my son's 20. We have been on a couple occasions before. Food and service were fantastic. I have to recommend the lamb shank. It's new to the menu this fall I was told. Is just a great place to be. The village is lit up for Christmas outside, the fire place is going. Just an all round inviting place.

   The food was amazing! Definitely one of my favs. We celebrated our anniversary here and everything was great. Will be coming back, always!

   The positive is that Oliver and Bonacini was inside the Westin Trillium House so it was convenient as it was cold and rainy outside and we didn't have to leave the hotel. For what is considered a higher end restaurant the chairs were extremely uncomfortable. For the price of the menu options, I did not feel the food level was up to par. The mashed potatoes were cold. The baked beans served with the ribs was a very small order. The Creemore beer was not Creemore (was fruity which the server agreed if shouldn't have been) and the replacement beer order; a Pilsner was 'soapy' tasting. On a positive note the steaks were cooked perfectly; medium rare and tasty. Our server provided excellent service. We would definitely try other restaurants in the Blue Mountain Village and bring an umbrella :)

    Not what I expected. Very disappointed. -Celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. No even a mention of it. I thought we would get desert free or something 🤷‍♀️ -Crying baby was really annoying -Ambience -Restaurant a little too bright. Lights could have been dimmed. -Food - My husbands was really good Mine was extremely disappointing (curry bowl) It's more casual then I was hoping. For the price, I expected more and better...
