If purchasing a dining experience package, tickets to the observatory are included! Your tickets can be picked up at the Guest Services desk in the lower lobby of One World Observatory.
For all patrons, we recommend arriving at least 45 minutes prior to your set reservation time to truly enjoy your dual access to ONE Dine and One World Observatory!
Reservations will be held for up to 15 minutes after set reservation times.

Hi is very important to training servers when order drinks don’t need to bring a customer almost finish the food. For the price need hire more people to put attention to customers o manager walkthrough to check if running ok. To long waiting for serve the drinks.

We went for restaurant week. I was actually surprised how much I enjoyed myself! All the staff are very friendly from the minute I walked through the door. The views were amazing! Great experience 👍. I highly recommend a visit.

The vantage point in NYC is like no other, however, this does not make up for the menu, food and service. Reservations were right at opening; I would understand the service issues if the restaurant was busy. The clam appetizer was inedible, could not chew the overcooked pieces at all. Ordered a second drink which was never received, but billed (adjusted when brought to their attention). Enjoy the view with a drink...save your money for a better meal elsewhere.
