   Very poor service. Waited a very long time for food, inquiring to our server twice. No cheese on my burger, broccolini was cold. 1st poor review ever :(

   Second time here and something was wrong that night. We sat at the table with no food for over an hour even though we ordered drinks/ apps and mains all at same time when server finally came to take order. When the food finally came most dishes were cold. Table next to us with different server sat after us and had food long before we did. Food quality also seemed off. Calamari was soaked in oil, fries were cold, salad came with anchovies even though we ordered w/o. We asked for a new salad due to allergies but they took the salad, removed the anchovies and returned the same salad almost immediately. We couldn’t eat the salad nor the apps. Disappointing to say the least.

   We got seated right away with our reservation. Our servers were very polite and knowledgeable of the menu. My daughters ordered the Chicken Parmigiana and the Baked Lasagna. Both were excellent to their taste. My wife ordered the Joe’s Prime Rib Dip and I ordered their Roasted Prime Rib. Both were tender, juicy and delicious and were combined perfectly with the creamy spinach and mashed potatoes. We can never leave Joe’s without enjoying a warm butter cake with ice cream… no matter how full we are.

   Food was fabulous as usual..had been difficult to get a reservation so waited a week. Parking can be frustrating, but always worth a bit of inconvenience.
