   I was looking for a place that would be open Christmas Day and came across Ostra. It is a nice place on the riverwalk. The service was great and food was good. There were a couple things, I don’t like when I am eating one course and they deliver the next course. I was eating the clam chowder and they brought out the entree. Also, the tamarind bbq octopus had more vegetables than octopus. I know not to order it again. Otherwise, it is a nice place to have a meal on the river walk.

   Our dining experience at Ostra was phenomenal. The manager Kim was so accommodating and after being seated made frequent checks on our table to make sure everything was fine. The food was absolutely delicious and the service all around is a place I'd go back to again and again!!

   We had a delicious breakfast outside on the Riverwalk in San Antonio on Christmas Day. The heaters worked outside and we had the added bonus of listening to church bells playing Christmas carols. We did make a resie and recommend that esp on a holiday. Service was attentive and food was delicious. Enjoy !

   We had a delightful meal of Oysters, New England Clam Chowder, Scallops and Octopus! Our server, Alex was awesome, friendly and very attentive!

   Been here several times Food came out colder that expected. Service was a little slower from the kitchen as well. Would still go back, the raw bar and the drinks are amazing.

   The waiter was very nice, but not very skilled. Four people looked for the wine that I ordered off the wine list for over 15 minutes and then finally gave up and asked me to order something else. The only thing we ate was the ceviche and it was very good

   While the food was amazing and exceeded my expectations the service was only adequate and did not meet my expectations. It is obvious that this restaurant is struggling with staffing.
