   Table was short a place setting and multiple dishes were dirty. They turned all music off and started packing up tables around us before closing time.

   I would think twice about going here and spending that kind of money. We ordered filet mignon which was raw when we asked for medium well. Mashed potatoes were out of a can/box and the baked French onion soup was not fresh. The onions were black or very dark dark brown. The soup was probably frozen too. Go elsewhere, not worth it.

   My mom and I both had halibut and it was way over booked. Couldn’t even finish it. I had the one with the shrimp and calamari and shrimp weee way over cooked too. $50 was way too much for this dish. And waitress didn’t ask us about a potato or vegetable.

   It was a lovely evening with my Husband and adult goddaughter. We picked a good restaurant to celebrate Christmas. We were seated immediately with a reservation at 5:00. Having the smaller menu for the Christmas Holiday was a very good idea. You still had many choices and we never felt rushed. We enjoyed a leisurely dinner, with a cocktail to start and a delicious dessert. It was a good choice and never felt like we were being rushed. Glad we chose Palm Court Restaurant for our Christmas Dinner.

   Incredible. Food quality was sterling. Sauces were especially flavorful and wonderfully paired with the food. Service was textbook ideal. We could not have asked for better service or better food. A splendid dining experience.

   There are much better places for service and food. Pay a little more and go to Rosebud. Steak was undercooked and instead of starting a new one they overcooked and dried out the same piece. Burned crust and very gritty texture on the key lime pie...it was the worst I have had. The general manager didn't really care. Will not return.

   Our server, Angel, was fantastic and provided excellent information on the food items we were considering. She was attentive and full of positive attitude, which we truly appreciated on Christmas Day. We’ll be back.

   Granted I was there on Xmas Eve, so it was busy. But the service was not great. Waiter charged wrong credit cards. The fillets were way under cooked. They were definitely in a big hurry to turn the tables - so rushed us to finish.

    Food was cool and not warm. Onion soup had a strong soy sauce taste and pungent. Service was good Disappointed from our past experiences at the Palm Court
