   Our Book Club luncheon was everything we wanted. I asked for a round table & we were seated in the small dining room right next to the beautiful tree & fireplace. Our servers were pleasant & attentive. The room was quiet as we were the only party in the room for a while & when the others were seated it was not right next to us. We will be there again.

   We were totally surprised as we entered the restaurant. The interior is very elegant while being welcoming and comfortable. Our server was attentive without being overwhelming. He served our courses perfectly. Best escargot ever. Delicious, perfectly cooked rack of lamb. We will be back.

   The restaurants ambiance has a elegant supper club vibe with a diverse menu. Our recent visit for a special occasion fell short of expectations and the service, though adequate, lacked the personalized touch one would expect for a celebratory dining experience. The staff seemed to be going through the motions of hosting a Brunch with Santa Clause and seemed overwhelmed and neglectful of those not there for Santa The buffet, a central point of our meal, was another disappointment. While the initial selection was promising, the lack of replenishment with fresh dishes left us feeling disappointed. As the options continued to dwindled so did the quality of the remaining food. Despite these shortcomings, Palm Court remains a well-regarded establishment. However, we recommend considering other dining options besides the buffet.

   We were there to celebrate my mom's 83rd birthday. The next day, she told me it was the best birthday ever.

   This is an exceptional restaurant. If you thought fine dining was gone forever, try the Palm Court. The food, service, and ambiance are excellent, and it's the perfect place to enjoy a holiday meal, a special occasion, or any occasion where you want a nice meal.

   Very nice buffet for brunch on Sunday. I especially liked the salmon with champagne sauce, and the desserts (pumpkin pie was divine!) This was our first time for brunch and we were not sure if it was a buffet or not because our server never said anything when she brought us our champagne. So we waited awhile before she came by again to ask. I assume she thought we knew it was a buffet, but you couldn't see it from our table. There was a musician playing saxophone which was a nice touch. We will go back again.

   Brunch at $40 did not have a lot of options in any category and not worth the value. The meats were overly laden with sauce, fruit was hard and tasteless, very few desserts, salad blah, warm and bland. The restaurant had a pungent, constant grill burning smell throughout the restaurant but the saxaphonist was good. I won't return.
