   Everything, with the exception of the scenery, was just alright. We went in with high expectations, however, we left feeling like we had missed something. The service was alright, food was bland and didn’t blow us away, and (what we believe) over payed for the nachos, which consisted of 8 bland and stale chips topped with beef and cheese. The nachos alone were $20 before tax and were more expensive than either of our dishes. The fish tacos lacked moisture and flavor, while the enchiladas divorciadas lacked flavor and quantity/size. Overall, we would not go back.

   Out of six people, three ordered the mole enchiladas and one ordered the Puntas de Puerco and all four said the food was extremely spicy hot. Two ordered the house Margaritas and said they were good. One ordered the premium margarita and thought it was bland. The atmosphere is nothing to celebrate as it is just wooden tables that have to be reached by climbing stairs and walking through crowded rooms. Five of us are not likely to return; the sixth person likes everything so she will be back.

   The wait staff treated me and my party with the utmost respect and service. The food was outstanding (Enchiladas de Mole), and the price was right! Would recommend Paloma Blanca to any family or friends looking for an upper scale Mexican restaurant in San Antonio!
