            Our family of 7 dined here for Christmas Eve. It was a beautiful experience. It was loud and felt rushed but I’m sure that just because the restaurant was bustling. The food was delicious and the service top notch. We had requested a round table and that exactly what we got…what a treat!! We love Pappas and will be back! Overall great experience for our annual Christmas Eve dinner out.

            Took family here for Christmas Eve dinner. Service from Nate was impeccable. Steaks perfectly seasoned and perfectly prepared. Appetizers and sides were amazing. The wine was delicious. The deserts fabulous. THANK YOU PAPPAS for making our holiday very special and thank you Nate for making it so much fun

            Usually it’s 5 stars across the board. First time ever I’ve had small piece of lobster shell in the bisque and a bite of filet mignon that was tough. Yes, this is very nitpicky but, it was unusual for Pappas! Make no mistake, we will still be back.

            The most classic steakhouse experience in Dallas. Exemplary service no matter who you are (not just catering to wine whales, despite their incredible inventory), exactingly cooked steaks that stand alone and don't need saucing for enjoyment, plus familiar sides that round out everything. Understanding restaurants are not perfect, I'm still not sure why anyone looking for a steakhouse would dislike a meal here.

            Food was great. Service was amazing. The restaurant is loud, but that’s kind of the way it’s designed. It’s a steak place, so it’s going to be pricey.
