   The waitress needs much more experience. Did not bring us water or greet us for like 10 minutes after we were set at the table. She was unprofessional and the cheese on the nachos is hardly different from gas station nachos.

   Our waiter was very nice but we had to afk 3 times for water (once yo someone other than our waiter). He only came bs k yo the table once you check on us almost at the vendor our meal. They were not busy at all! He didn’t most of his time talking either other waitstaff by the beverage machine. Ins of our meals was lukewarm at best. He was nice enough to take that off the bill. We have been there many many times. We were very disappointed this time. Not sure we will go back. Many other restaurants to eat at there!

   Waiter was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Asked immediately if we had any food allergies which meant a lot since I have celiac disease. Food was OUTSTANDING! Would highly recommend.

   it was nye but very loud, server wasn’t clear with us about the kitchen closing early and we barely had time to read the menu and decide what we want. Very loud due to the dj barely can hear the server and ourselves.

   We had an early dinner and clearly they have popular dishes under a heat lamp waiting. We ordered and they came right back out with our food. My top rib was acceptably warm (but not hot like it should have been). The second rib was cool. My tostonas were cold. My daughters fries were small like the ones at the bottom of a hopper and cool. Our server gave me a new order of ribs and nachos which was nice but they’ll be in the fridge until the day after next and they shouldn’t have bothered with the chips. We won’t be back.

   The food was ok. Not worth the price in my opinion. We both had different kinds of burgers and they were very bland. What bothered us the most, was our waiter just stood in the room off to the side near us and just stood there watching the whole time. It was very awkward. We didn't feel comfortable eating or talking. There was just no reason for it. It was a small room with few tables and he would just stand there watching, hovering. We needed a couple more minutes looking at the menu because it was our first time and he stood very near. We felt rushed. It was just very awkward. Food very bland too.

   Have eaten here twice since we have been in Orlando on both occasions the food and service has been first class, will be visiting this place again when we return in the future

    We seated by Veronica who was very sweet. We were told about the surf and turf but were never told a price it was word of mouth. When asked for a strawberry lemonade we were asked to pick from Toucan and a light up cup, we were never told about the cup being an extra charge and it being $36 at that for 2. I ordered chicken tenders and fries and they were disgusting my daughter got sick. We ordered the chicken quesadillas and the chicken had no flavor and simple cheese nothing special not worth $21. I ordered a lemonade which tasted like water so I asked for a sprite and it was completely flat. For a $200 bill the food was trash and not worth what we paid for. Take your money somewhere else. For that price go to the Boathouse top tier service and way below $200
