The menu and bar program are dictated by the seasonal bounty of the Sacramento region. Originally established in 1983, the restaurant underwent an extensive remodel in 2015, combining both modern and traditional elements to create a relaxed, timeless environment that lets the food and drinks take center stage. The light and airy interior opens up to the renowned dining patio that features waterfalls, 60 year-old olive trees and a large fireplace.

Huge disappointment. Took the wife for Valentines dinner. Only option was their fixed six course selection which was so so. Salads were ok but beef wagyu entree was very salty and dessert options were very disappointing. Service between courses was very slow, 35 minutes between pasta and entree. Will not go back

We had an excellent valentines dinner! The kitchen accommodated gluten free options excellently. We will be sure to dine here again!

I proposed to my girlfriend this evening at this very tremendous place. The environment was romantic, atmosphere was friendly, employees were coordinated. Everything was just perfect.

Lemon ricotta pancakes with blueberry compote are now in my top 5 fav breakfast foods. Also a lifesaver after getting braces, it was about the only thing on the menu I could eat. 5/5.

The food and drinks are absolutely beautiful, but they taste fantastic as well! Waitstaff do their best, but on a busy night, it can be a bit of a wait. Order an extra drink and take in the ambiance and enjoy your evening at Paragary's! We'll definitely be back.

Went after a play at B Street Theater. Requested a table in a quieter location & was pleased where we were placed. Son in law ordered the mushroom salad & really enjoyed it. Husband, daughter & myself ordered the pear & endive salad. Here is the description: "Belgian endive · bleu cheese · walnut · red wine vinaigrette". There were just a few endive leaves and a bowl full of arugula. Nowhere did it mention arugula! Husband & son in law ordered the special of a pork chop & both were pleased. Daughter ordered the butternut squash ravioli and enjoyed it. I ordered the hand-cut rosemary pappardelle & it was good but not much rosemary flavor - noodles were good but chicken was dry & overcooked. 2 rounds of drinks & dinner for 4 + $400.
