Stephen Starr's stylish addition to Rittenhouse Square pays tribute to French cafe culture, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week, ideal for a quick bite or a leisurely meal. Parc recalls the chic brasseries of Paris, serving classic French fare in a charming space. Red leather banquettes topped with frosted glass provide a sense of intimacy. Details such as well-worn wooden chairs, vintage framed paintings and photos and antique brass fixtures transport guests across the Atlantic.     Delicious lunch of Nicoise Salad, chicken liver parfait , mushroom soup, and profiteroles. Lunch delicious as usual. Service very good. Bar seats full at 2pm, reservations recommended. Take out order of cheeseburger was missing the caramelized onions. Tomato and lettuce are not automatically included on burger and must be requested if desired.

    Maybe because I’m from New Orleans and I’m a foodie that I found this place only average. The food wasn’t very flavorful, while this place is listed as a high rated place, to me it was a glorified Houston’s in every aspect. For what was cited as a French restaurant, I was extremely surprised to see cheeseburgers and mac & cheese on the menu along with french fries so I guess those are considered French cuisine for obvious reasons. Lol. The place was loud and in my opinion is more of a place that I would go with my buddies after work for a beer and not so much for a nice quiet dinner with my wife a business client. First time last time.

    Great restaurant. Good food and service. Might be nice to have a special once in a while. But only real complaint is NOISE. I have a decibel meter that showed lunchtime noise level to be unhealthy. I didn’t need to actually measure it though. My ears and head hurt and I had to shout to make myself heard. Really unpleasant.
