The elevated Hawaiian food was spot on and they had solid portions. We ordered the matcha and 2 of the whisky based cocktails and they were delicious! The drinks were better than most other bars and restaurants serve. Overall the ambience is modern, service was good, and the portions were solid. When we arrived, we were walked through the main room and the covered lanai section, to a dark table on an outside patio where no other people were. It was also about to rain so we would get wet. It did in fact rain as I went back to take a photo of our original table. I had them move us to inside. Food was tasty, lots of energy in the restaurant.
