The service was fine, but I was disappointed that there was no room for customization, which led me to choose a different dish than I originally wanted. Not ideal, but the food was still very good.More infoThe Waterfront Restaurant and CafePrice: Expensive• Californian• Financial District / Embarcadero•4.4

- PPaulSan Francisco Bay Area •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoAs visitors from New Zealand we had heard of Scoma's and we were hoping for an authentic seafood meal - we were not disappointed. We opted for the set lunch menu - our starters of roast beetroot salad and shrimp chowder were both good and our mains of crab Louie and snapper even better. Portions were generous, not like the smaller sized lunches in some restaurants. Scoma's scores in their attention to detail - the vegetables were all excellent, even the bread rolls were really fresh. Their set lunch is a great way to try Scoma's without breaking the bank. The staff were all professional, service was quick and we liked the way they anticipated our needs eg water, more bread, ready for the check etc, without us having to ask.More infoScoma's Fisherman's WharfPrice: Expensive• Seafood• North Beach•4.7
- DDavid1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoOverall this is our first time here at Waterbar and let me tell you it did go above and beyond our expectations on food ! As a sous chef new to the area this was beyond amazing , the lobster risotto was flavorful full of umami and an overall beautiful delicate dish. Service was great , our guest talked with us the whole time , he did have to ask us to repeat ourselves several times due to the large loud party beside us , but kept the pace of the night very fluid and engaging. Would dine in and recommend any day of the week.More infoWaterbarPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Financial District / Embarcadero•4.6
