This traditional restaurant opened its doors in 2009 as a tribute to our grandmother Maria Corona, born in Mexico City in 1917. The history of the Corona family is extremely interesting, dates from the time of the General Ramon Corona who, during the French intervention played a fundamental role in the fall of the Emperor Maximilian. This restaurant is the guardian of the traditional techniques of mestizo cuisine, with flavors and recipes dating back to the times of the Mexican Independence until the beginning of the twentieth century. Dedicated to our grandmother Maria Corona born in 1916 in Mexico City, here you will find her traditional recipes along with her cooking secrets as they’ve been handed down from generation to generation.     Excellent all around. Great, knowledgeable staff. The owner is always present contributing to the ambiance along with the long term professional staff. Great value for excellent food and drinks. One of the very best in Cabo!!!!

    We chose Coraluz to celebrate my fiancé's birthday and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience! Service: The service was truly top-notch. Our server went above and beyond to make us feel special, even bringing out a complimentary dessert to celebrate my fiancé's birthday. His attentiveness and genuine warmth added a personal touch that made the afternoon even more memorable. Ambiance: The ambiance was perfect for a celebration. The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere that blended elegance with comfort. Tasteful decor created an intimate setting, allowing us to enjoy our special occasion in style. Food: The food was absolutely amazing! Dish we tried was a culinary delight, and, of course, the birthday dessert. The flavors were rich and well-balanced, showcasing the chef's creativity. It was clear that a lot of care went into preparing each dish. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate this special milestone. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

    Fresh made pasta is so delicious and can choose your sauce and noodles. A bit loud next to the club but you’re right in the action so fun people watching. I just had to take my leftovers home yum
