- JJohnDallas - Fort Worth •10 reviews5.0Dined todayKaren and I had reservations for 7 pm. We arrived early around 6 pm and we were immediately seated at the table of our choice. We did not wait long for anything. Our waiter Joseph was polite, informative, friendly, and happy to serve us. I ordered the 4 Season A5 Wagyu and Karen ordered the Jaeger-Schnitzel. Karen loved her meal, and I really liked mine. Owner/Chef Shri explained to me that there are five different levels of Wagyu steak, and A5 is the lowest. That explains why I found it a little chewy, more than any Wagyu I have ever eaten. The taste was outstanding, and the sauces on the plate were tasty. I enjoyed my meal with Stella Artois from the glycol chilled tap. After our meal, we went outside and enjoyed drinks in the near perfect temperature of a slight breeze on the porch. The lights of Adriatica brightened as the sun set and the moon rose over the lake. A distant thunderstorm quietly passed north of us with a light show of setting sun on the clouds and the veiled flash of soft lightening.More infoThe QuayPrice: Very Expensive• International• McKinney•4.6
