Best Contemporary Canadian Restaurants in Delta

The food and service is great. My husband and I shared the chicken parmigiana and pasta with spicy vodka tomato sauce, really great. This is the second time I’ve had the chicken parmigiana, definitely a share dish. Also had a happy hour transfusion (vodka, grape juice, ginger) so yummy!

So good, I went twice in a week! If you are looking to eat, go anywhere, but if you are looking for a true food experience, ELEM is it. Upon entering the restuarant, the vibes, the sounds, the different rooms, the food, the drinks..represent the concept, all the elements! Yes, it may be pricey, but if you want creative cocktails, well thought out food, and hospitality and service that understand and combine all the elements for a food experience that you can't find else where, ELEM is it!

Great Tempura Jalapenos. Food and drinks seems to add up quick, but is good.

Only had drinks but overall great place. Great ambience

Went to holts Vancouver brunch for the first time. Each of our four meals was delicious. The service was fantastic!
