On the evening of September 26th, The Ordinary Pub suffered significant damage during Hurricane Helene and is currently closed until further notice.As the damage is building-wide, we are working diligently with property owners, building management, structural engineers, and the city of Savannah to plan and to rebuild. We will work under the strong and consistent belief that we will again serve our fans far and wide and our beautiful community of Savannah in the near future. We continue to offer daily brunch, happy hour, and dinner services, alongside special events, at our sister location, Common Restaurant, also located in historic downtown Savannah.     We learned about the Fitzroy from Stevie Wonder at the Collins Quarter at Forsyth Park when we had brunch that morning and really sold us on the restaurant and overall company that we wanted to support as we are in the business. Just wow. Moody and cozy atmosphere with top notch cocktails, attentive service and the food was spectacular. Our server was so kind and super knowledgeable of the menu and options when I shared I had a gluten allergy. The osso bucco was phenomenal and loved our experience. Thank you to all the wonderful employees in the FOH and BOH that made our trip memorable. We will be back!

    Great food and excellent service. The only issue we have is the tables are close together and a private conversation is not possible. However, we have been there several times and now the layout. However, a first time guest may find the the seating arrangement tighter then they would expect for the high quality of the overall restaurant.

    Wonderful ambiance. Christmas lights and a warm cozy feeling. I had the Lobster Rabini and it was delicious. My brother had the Carbonara and it to was delicious. It’s really wonderful and relaxing. Our server Taylor was very attentive and we enjoyed talking to her.

    Thank you for making our 20th anniversary a little more spectacular! The food was amazing, the service was top notch. Jamill (hopefully spelt correctly) was an awesome host and he and the rest of the staff brought nothing but pleasure to our anniversary dinner. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great dining experience.
