The salads are perfectly dressed and each dish is seasoned exactly as it should be. The chef takes each ingredient into account before seasoning the rest. I say this after eating the black pepper fettuccine. The pasta may taste slightly under seasoned but when you mix the pancetta and egg into the sauce it is divine! Perfect balance of flavors. This is a restaurant that we return to year after year and the quality, the service and the lovely staff never disappoints!
